How we handle your data

B&B 't Bloemenveld respects the privacy of its guests and visitors. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data do we collect?

When you submit a booking request or contact form we collect: name, email address, phone number, address (booking only), arrival and departure dates, group composition and any wishes or comments.

What do we use it for?

• Answering your question or booking request.
• Creating a reservation and invoice.
• Meeting legal obligations (such as tourist tax administration).

How long do we keep it?

Booking data is kept for the legally required period (7 years for tax). Contact form data is deleted once your question is answered, at most after 1 year.

Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties unless required for our service (e.g. payment provider) or under a legal obligation.

Cookies and external services

This website uses only functional cookies. The contact page embeds Google Maps; Google may collect data according to its own privacy policy.
